How we label information
Every article and entry on Leonida Guidebook carries a verification label at the top so you can judge how trustworthy a claim is at a glance.
Information comes from leaks, community datamines, trailer analysis, or unverified reports. Treat as speculation until officially confirmed.
Information has been verified against an official Rockstar Games or Take-Two source, or tested in-game post-launch by our team.
Information was accurate at one point but has been superseded by a patch, official correction, or newer reporting. We keep the page for reference and link to the current version where possible.
How we verify
- Official sources first. Rockstar Games announcements, official trailers, Newswire posts, and Take-Two filings are the highest tier.
- Named, on-record reporting. Stories from established outlets that name their sources outrank anonymous social-media claims.
- Hands-on testing. After launch, any "Confirmed" tag on gameplay mechanics, vehicles, or weapons must come from in-game testing on a current patch.
- Linked evidence. Source links are required on every published article. If we can't link it, we don't claim it.
How we handle leaks and rumors
We cover credible community discussion because that's part of being a fan site, but we always frame leaks as Rumored and never present them as fact. We don't host stolen footage or scripts, and we don't link to outlets that do.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we update the article in place, change the verification status, and note the change in the article's changelog. To report an error, use the contact form.
AI assistance
Some drafts begin with AI assistance to summarize public information. Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed, fact-checked, source-linked, and edited by a human before publication. AI output never publishes automatically.
